Pilot Flying J will acquire seven travel centers in Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota and Nebraska from Bosselman Travel Centers Inc., the two companies announced Tuesday.

The two travel center operators said they have also agreed to expand Bosselman’s truck repair shop network, Boss Truck Shops, to 20 additional Pilot Flying J travel centers across the nation.

The acquisition is set to close Jan. 5, 2012. Terms were not disclosed.
