Private equity firm Harvest Partners said it completed its acquisition of aftermarket heavy-duty truck parts distributor TruckPro Inc.

Terms were not disclosed for the purchase from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, which will keep a stake in TruckPro.

TruckPro, based in Memphis, Tenn., is one of the largest independent U.S. distributors of heavy-duty aftermarket truck parts and accessories and operates 62 stores in 17 states.

Steve Riordan, who will become TruckPro’s chairman and CEO, has more than 35 years of experience in the industrial distribution sector.

Riordan was most recently president of Communication Supply Corp., a former Harvest company, and has been on TruckPro’s board since 2010.
