Engine maker Cummins Inc. said Wednesday it completed its acquisition of the emission control assets of Germany-based Hilite International.
Cummins said in May when it announced the deal that Hilite’s selective catalytic reduction, or SCR, doser technology will become part of its Cummins Emission Solutions subsidiary.
“Adding Hilite’s technology and capabilities will help Cummins . . . grow into the future,� Cummins Chairman and CEO Tom Linebarger said in a statement.
