Truck leasing and logistics company Ryder System has been awarded a contract to provide distribution and last-mile delivery services for ColdTech Commercial in the United States and Canada.

Ryder, Miami, will provide warehouse management for ColdTech at four distribution facilities — in Atlanta; Ontario, Calif.; Toronto; and Vancouver, British Columbia — and last-mile delivery throughout North America, the company said.

ColdTech, a division of consumer appliance company Danby Products, manufactures and sells commercial refrigeration products, such as refrigerators, freezers and food prep tables.

Ryder System’s Supply Chain Solutions business segment is ranked No. 12 on the Transport Topics 100 listing of U.S. and Canadian for-hire carriers and No. 5 on the TT Logistics 50 listing of logistics companies.
